Requirements of position
|
|

|
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or chemical blending preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work orders, formulas, and safety procedures.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (if in food industry) is a plus.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Operate blenders and related equipment to combine materials such as powders, liquids, or chemicals.
- Weigh, measure, and load raw materials into blending machines based on production specifications.
- Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency, proper timing, and correct temperatures.
- Perform routine quality checks on mixtures and document results
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper blending conditions.
- Maintain accurate production and batch records.
- Clean and sanitize blending equipment according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger problems to maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient production.
