- Demonstrated ability to run bindery equipment unsupervised
- Efficiently run all types of work
- Monitor and oversee the activities of Bindery Operator B
- Responsible for notifying a supervisor if any customer work is damaged, scratched, scuffed or does not meet required customer specification
- Possesses advanced troubleshooting ability
- Able to perform required preventive machine maintenance
- Proactively work with maintenance, supervision and other bindery employees to ensure optimum machine maintenance and efficiency
- Exhibits the ability to effectively train other bindery employees
- Possesses a strong understanding of all facets of the bindery process
- Ability to adjust the schedule to meet a deadline if necessary
- Have a complete understanding of the job ticket specifications prior to starting a job
- Able to perform job tasks to the required job ticket specifications
- Monitors and manages material usage to allocated quantities
- Responsible for the accurate data collection of time, material usage and location movement in MIS system.

Skills & Experience Required - Must have 3 years in a Bindery environment operating like equipment
- Must be computer literate
- Must have basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals)
