- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and labeling
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Ability to work assigned 2nd shift schedule

Responsibilities of position
|

|
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Bilingual Production Workers (English/Spanish) to join our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for distribution.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Follow production schedules to meet daily quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
Requirements
