| Essential Duties and Responsibilities
|

| We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Expert Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in the building materials industry, capable of managing client relationships and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure the profitability of each account. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and pipeline management.
• Lead Generation and Business Development: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, referrals, and showroom visits to generate leads and identify potential clients. Establish and maintain ongoing business partner relationships.
• Showroom Management: Oversee the operation of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained and staffed. Conduct tours for prospects and provide detailed product information to enhance customer experience.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Gather information on pricing, new products, and delivery schedules to stay competitive.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly. Ensure excellent support and service to all clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve set goals and targets. Provide training and support as needed to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a manager in the building materials, flooring, or construction industry (minimum 2 years).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using NetSuite, MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet applications.
• Ability to analyze data and calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Must be bilingual.
• Team player with strong work ethics.
