Conductor de montacargas

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 
2. Schedule Flexibility (Monday to Saturday)
3. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
4. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in staffing or HR)
5. Strong communication and organizational skills
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
8. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
9. Time management 
10. Conflict resolution

The Bilingual Office Assistant supports day-to-day administrative operations of the staffing agency.

1.  Answer and route phone calls and emails in both languages.
2.  Prepare and maintain client and employee files (digital and/or physical)
3.  Assist with onboarding paperwork and background checks.
4. Greet walk-in candidates and assist with applications.
5. Help candidates’ complete employment forms and understand job requirements.
6. Assist with employee questions.
