Schedule: Monday –Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM- Friday,8-4

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our healthcare team in South Miami Beach. This temporary-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical office.
Responsibilities

Welcome and room patients while providing excellent customer service.

Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately.

Assist physicians and clinical staff during examinations and procedures.

Prepare examination rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Administer injections, perform EKGs, collect specimens, and complete other clinical tasks as directed.

Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.

Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish.

Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician's office or outpatient clinic.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.

Experience with EMR systems.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
