| Requirements of position

- 1-2 + years’ experience in procurement and sourcing
- Proven proficiency with MRP/ERP systems.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas-VLOOKUP- Pivot Tables)
- Efficient organization and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
| JOB DUTIES
- Process purchase orders, expedite, and ensure orders are confirmed in a timely manner.
- Maintain and evaluate inventory levels as necessary to meet demand and to reduce E&O.
- Resolve availability issues.
- Track orders to ensure promise dates are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Evaluate them and conduct QBR
- Provide resolution on the status of any supplier delivery or quality issues to internal customers.
- Process RMA requests with vendors in a timely manner
- Maintain awareness and understanding of department key deliverables and how buying decisions impact those deliverables.
