  • Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred).
  • Ability to work long shifts (10–12 hours).
  • Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
 
 
 





Job Title: Bilingual Forklift Driver (Shared Role)
 Location: Elizabethtown
 Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
 Schedule: 6:30 AM – End of Shift (10–12 hour days)
 Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable and hardworking Bilingual Forklift Driver to support operations across facilities. This role involves handling pallets in a cold storage/freezer environment and requires a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to move, pick up, and put away pallets safely and efficiently.
  • Work in cold storage and freezer conditions for extended periods.
  • Support inventory management and warehouse organization.
  • Collaborate with teams from both Hanover Cold Storage and Turn 4 Foods.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred).
  • Ability to work long shifts (10–12 hours).
  • Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
