The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to work at a company located in the Plant City, FL area!

 $19/ hr/ 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM M-F
Requirements of position




Required Skills & Experience
• Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.
• Opening customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
• Maintaining customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments correctly.
• Once all orders for the day are done, customer service needs to do be able to do the following:
A) Closed the credit card machine.
B) Counting the cash door.
C) Make sure it is balanced.
D) Print the report from NetSuite and make sure it matches with your cash from the day.
• Preparing product or service reports on NETSUITE by collecting and analyzing customer information.
 
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma. College degree is a plus.
• Bilingual is a must – 100% fluent in English, and in Spanish (read, speak, write)
• 5+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Accountabilities and duties:
Guide:
• Guide customers through their order and process it in a fast-paced environment using NetSuite software.
• Help customers navigate Masters Building Products’ website (and in the future place orders online).
 
Communication:
• Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and in person.
 
Product knowledge:
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability, to our customers, following the company policies.
• Suggest relevant information about other products and services.
• Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
 
Teamwork:
• Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 
Problem Solving:
• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
