	Responsibilities of position
	Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Blender to join our food production team in Elizabeth, PA. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to production formulas while maintaining strict food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately measure, weigh, and blend raw ingredients according to recipes and production schedules Operate industrial mixers, blenders, and related equipment safely and efficiently Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures (GMP, HACCP, USDA/FDA standards) Document batch records, ingredient usage, and production data accurately Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Perform basic equipment checks and report any malfunctions or quality issues Assist with material handling, including lifting, staging, and transporting ingredients Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in food manufacturing, blending, batching, or production preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled or industrial environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience with industrial mixing or batching equipment Knowledge of food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP) Forklift or pallet jack experience (a plus) Note: This job description is not intended to be exhaustive.
