Payrate: $19/hr
 
Shift: Full-time  
Monday through Thursday | 4am-2:30pm
30 Minute Lunch
Requirements of position




Skills and Qualifications: 
 
  1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
  2. Comfortable walking on catwalks to perform job duties.
  3. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and committed to fulfilling job obligations.
  5. Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough in completing tasks accurately.
  6. Previous experience in a chemical plant environment preferred but not required.
  7. Must be able to read and write effectively.
  8. High School Diploma or GED required.
  9. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position






  1. Follow batch sheets and adjustment sheets accurately; complete all required documentation.
  2. Produce batches according to the daily production schedule.
  3. Maintain machinery in good working condition; promptly notify the Manufacturing Manager of any needed repairs.
  4. Observe all safety precautions to prevent hazards.
  5. Monitor gauges, flowmeters, and recording instruments to ensure specified conditions are maintained.
  6. Operate equipment where chemical changes or reactions occur during processing of industrial or consumer products.
  7. Measure, weigh, and mix chemical ingredients per batch sheet specifications.
  8. Inspect equipment and units to identify leaks or malfunctions; shut down equipment if necessary.
  9. Patrol work areas to detect leaks, monitor operations, and ensure safe working conditions.
  10. Draw product samples at designated stages for quality analysis.
  11. Record operational data including temperatures, pressures, ingredients, processing times, and test results.
  12. Support additional production functions as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, including shipping, receiving, packaging, and deliveries.
