- Follow batch sheets and adjustment sheets accurately; complete all required documentation.
- Produce batches according to the daily production schedule.
- Maintain machinery in good working condition; promptly notify the Manufacturing Manager of any needed repairs.
- Observe all safety precautions to prevent hazards.
- Monitor gauges, flowmeters, and recording instruments to ensure specified conditions are maintained.
- Operate equipment where chemical changes or reactions occur during processing of industrial or consumer products.
- Measure, weigh, and mix chemical ingredients per batch sheet specifications.
- Inspect equipment and units to identify leaks or malfunctions; shut down equipment if necessary.
- Patrol work areas to detect leaks, monitor operations, and ensure safe working conditions.
- Draw product samples at designated stages for quality analysis.
- Record operational data including temperatures, pressures, ingredients, processing times, and test results.
- Support additional production functions as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, including shipping, receiving, packaging, and deliveries.
