- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or manufacturing training preferred)
- 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or food manufacturing
- Hands-on experience as a Batch Maker, Compounder, or Mixing Operator
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong understanding of batch records and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow detailed formulations and SOPs
- Basic math skills for precise measurement and yield calculations

- Batch Preparation & Compounding
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials using calibrated scales
- Follow Master Batch Records (MBR), SOPs, and GMP guidelines
- Mix and compound pharmaceutical ingredients according to approved formulas
- Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and material identity before use
- Stage and verify materials for production
- Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, tanks, kettles, homogenizers, and compounding equipment
- Set up equipment for batch production
- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, speeds, and production parameters
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
- Complete batch production records accurately and in real time
- Document material usage, yields, deviations, and adjustments
- Follow strict GMP, FDA, and safety regulations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to 5S standards
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure batch meets specifications
- Identify deviations or discrepancies and notify Quality Assurance
- Ensure proper labeling and material traceability
- Monitor raw material inventory levels
- Properly store and handle materials according to MSDS guidelines
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory procedures
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams
- Support audits and inspections
- Assist in training new team members when required
