$17.00 p/hr Flexible schedule- 40 hour work week. Weekends required

Bakery Baker / Production Associate
- Responsibilities: Mix, measure, and bake doughs and batters according to company recipes. Operate and maintain heavy baking equipment (ovens, mixers, fryers).
- Focus: Consistently producing high-quality breads, pastries, and donuts, and keeping products rotated and fresh.
Cake Decorator
- Responsibilities: Ice, fill, and decorate cakes and cupcakes for standard cases and custom orders.
- Focus: Creating visually appealing designs, writing custom messages, and ensuring all orders match customer requests.
Bakery Clerk / Sales Associate
- Responsibilities: Greet customers, answer product-related questions, slice bread, and operate the scale. Package, label, and price items for the sales floor.
- Focus: Front-line customer service, taking special orders, and ensuring display cases are fully stocked and appealing.
Core Requirements Across All Roles
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or carry products weighing up to 50–60 pounds.
- Sanitation & Safety: Strict adherence to hand-washing, food-handling, and health department codes to prevent cross-contamination.
- Customer Service: Friendly, patient demeanor to assist shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.
