Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or solution-based selling Experience selling technology, software, AV solutions, digital media, or experiential services is a strong plus Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for the Miami market Ability to travel locally as needed

Position Summary Seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to support and grow our presence in the Miami market. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited by immersive technology, experiential design, and digital innovation. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping clients bring their spaces and brand experiences to life through company platform. Our company provides advanced data-driven software products based on our proprietary artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. With decades of experience in applying technology research to solve real-world problems, the team specializes in transforming complex data into measurable business value. Our customers include small, medium and large companies across the globe, and we participate in advanced research efforts and publications with leading universities & laboratories. Our customers span several industries, with a focus on the automotive supply chain, automotive retail & repair, as well as the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of client accounts across commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate, and experiential environments Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, brand vision, and experiential needs Present company software platform and immersive audiovisual solutions in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner Develop proposals, pricing, and customized solutions aligned with client objectives Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools Stay informed on industry trends related to experiential marketing, AV technology, smart spaces, and digital transformation Represent company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events Salary: $55K-$70K per year plus aggressive Commissions and Bonus structure What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and performance incentives Opportunity to grow with an innovative, mission-driven startup Exposure to cutting-edge immersive and experiential technologies Collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial work environment The chance to contribute to projects aligned with sustainability and global impact
