Job Title: Associate Sales Rep
Job Location: Boca Raton 
 
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
$56K to $65K

Job Description:                                                          
The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, and self-driven, with a passion for business development and customer relationship building. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, cold calling, and identifying new business opportunities to expand Willow Birch Pharma’s customer base within the compounding pharmacy market.

Key Responsibilities
 
Business Development & Prospecting
  1. Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships within the compounding pharmacy market 
  2. Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-up activities to generate new business opportunities 
  3. Research prospective customers and identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories 
  4. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking 
  5. Open new customer accounts and support onboarding activities 
  6. Drive territory growth by consistently identifying new revenue opportunities 
 
Account Management & Customer Support
  1. Build and strengthen customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up 
  2. Support customers with product inquiries, availability, and order-related questions 
  3. Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate 
  4. Follow up on quotations, opportunities, and customer activity to drive continued business growth 
  5. Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness 
 
 
Sales Operations & CRM Management
  1. Accurately maintain customer, lead, contact, and opportunity information within Salesforce CRM 
  2. Evaluate and qualify inbound leads 
  3. Monitor territory activity and identify sales trends and growth opportunities 
  4. Assist with forecasting activities and customer purchasing trends 
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing to support customer needs 
 
Qualifications
  1. 1–3 years of sales, business development, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred 
  2. Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and business development strongly preferred 
  3. Salesforce CRM experience preferred 
  4. SAP experience considered an asset 
  5. Understanding of the compounding pharmacy market highly desirable 
  6. Pharmacy Technician experience or background considered a strong asset 
  7. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred 
  8. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered
