This role involves performing routine production tasks, operating equipment, using hand and power tools, and maintaining accurate documentation. It requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions.

Responsibilities
1. Routine & Repetitive Work
- Follow SOPs to perform repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Equipment Setup & Operation
- Set up machinery according to operational guidelines.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
3. Use of Tools & Testing Devices
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for production tasks and minor repairs.
- Use testing devices to inspect and verify the quality of finished parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
4. Packaging & Documentation
- Package finished products according to specifications for safe transport and storage.
- Complete accurate documentation of production processes, including quantities, defects, and other required data.
5. Daily 5S Duties
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Conduct daily checks to ensure compliance with 5S standards and workplace organization.
