Requirements of position
We are hiring Assembler / Construction Associates for a manufacturing facility in
Cassopolis, MI. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are
comfortable working with tools and equipment.
· High School Diploma or GED required · Mechanically inclined · Construction background preferred · Forklift experience preferred · Must be able to stand, lift, and perform physical work · Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) · Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities of position
· Assemble and construct units
· Use common hand tools and equipment
· Read basic instructions and follow safety procedures
· Perform general construction and assembly tasks
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
