Assembly / Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for an Assembly / Warehouse Associate position in a manufacturing environment. This role combines light assembly, material handling, and warehouse responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand and power tools, moving materials, and supporting production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other equipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging duties
- Load, unload, and stage materials for production
- Operate a tow motor/forklift as needed (training may be provided)
- Perform quality inspections and report any defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with hand and power tools is a plus
- Forklift/tow motor and pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
