| · Previous assembly or production line experience required
· Must be comfortable performing repetitive hand assembly work
· Ability to use hands continuously throughout the shift
· Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
· Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Strong attention to detail and quality control
· Ability to meet daily production goals and deadlines
· Must be able to work Monday–Friday as scheduled
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when needed
