  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently engage across pipeline of contacts relationships a must Strong communication, presentation, follow-up being extremely important and organizational skills a must
  • Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, retail, hospitality or medical a plus Internship or previous job experience in business development, channel marketing, community management a plus 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce), Outlook, Office 365 a plus Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $50,500k/year 
Area: Hybrid Remote and In Branch (Wilmington, Greensboro, Raleigh and Fayetteville

Alliances: NC JS Client Development Team, National Client Development Team 
About the Role: We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated professional who wants to help us introduce our newest suite of services to businesses across North Carolina areas. Individuals that will succeed in this role will have strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to consistently engage with area business professionals, management and HR teams. The purpose of this engagement is to nurture awareness of our national brands, new services and tech platform while at the same time understanding and gathering feedback on business needs related to workforce services and talent management. The successful candidate will develop initial relationships via leveraging outreach and engagement strategies and tactics. For effective performance, the qualified individual will receive both salary and incentives. We welcome anyone trying to find a career path. Base salary will be revalued after 90 days annual/year. Incentives and bonuses will be determined based on performance after a 90-day period. This team is part of our national network of strategic Partnership Specialists. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at building relationships- particularly area business to business relationships-identifying collaboration and mutual growth opportunities. As a Partnership Specialist, you will work closely with our branch network and regional team members as well as a broad, marketing, and product teams to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that enhance market presence and revenue potential. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. 
  • Identify, research, and engage potential partners across target industries. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners. 
  • Collaborate with other internal business development teams to design and execute relationship strategies. 
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company objectives. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics and ROI. 
  • Light area travel and after-hours networking
 
  • $50,000 annually + incentives after first 90 days based on performance Incentives: 
  • Performance-based incentives tied to partnership outcomes to be determined during first 90-day review
