Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics and Sheetmetal Mechanics with CRJ700 and CRJ900 aircraft experience to join our aviation maintenance team. The Sheetmetal Mechanic / A&P Mechanic will perform quality aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs on CRJ700 and CRJ900 aircraft, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations, Repair Station procedures, and customer requirements. If you are an A&P Mechanic, Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic, or Structures Technician with regional jet experience (CRJ700 or CRJ900), we want to hear from you! This role is located in Millington, TN but relocation assistance can be provided. --- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Perform Sheetmetal repairs, modifications, and structural maintenance on CRJ700 and CRJ900 aircraft. · Conduct removal and installation of aircraft and powerplant components requiring bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring. · Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft systems and structures to ensure airworthiness. · Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, ATA codes, and service bulletins specific to CRJ700 and CRJ900 aircraft. · Complete all work in accordance with FAA, A&P, and quality standards. · Ensure all maintenance documentation and logbooks are accurate and properly annotated. · Use and operate all required ground support equipment safely. · Maintain a clean and organized work area and promote a strong safety culture. · Work efficiently within budgeted and scheduled hours. --- Qualifications: · A&P License preferred – or a minimum of 2 years of recent aircraft maintenance or sheet metal experience. · Recent experience on CRJ700 or CRJ900 aircraft required or strongly preferred.
