Our client in Pompano Beach is seeking for a Dynamic to lead a team as a A/P Manager.
This role will be onsite. To oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring
accuracy, compliance, and timely vendor payments. Skilled in leading teams,
streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and
reduce costs. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve
discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships. Understanding of inventory
reconciliation and cost accounting is required.

Responsibilities of position
Key Responsibilities & Achievements
· Manage daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and
expense report audits for high-volume transactions.
· Led, train, and mentor AP staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and
continuous improvement.
· Develop and enforce AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. · Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and improve vendor satisfaction. · Implement process automation tools, reduce manual workload and payment cycle times. · Prepare AP aging reports, reconciliations, and month-end close activities to support accurate financial reporting. Monday to Friday with Flexibility of working weekends.
