| We are seeking a highly organized and proactive bilingual Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of professional administrative experience to support our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves international coordination, schedule management, and administrative support across departments. The position requires availability for international travel up to 20% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic budget tracking
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical
- Manage calendars, meeting logistics, room bookings, and event coordination
- Communicate professionally with internal staff, external partners, and international stakeholders
- Support onboarding of new staff and assist with departmental administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
