  1. Fluent in English and Spanish
  2. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  3. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  4. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
  6. Proven track record of success in collections and cash application
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 WWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the accounts receivable function and ensuring timely collection of payments from our customers. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain positive relationships with our stakeholders.
Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  2. Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer payments in the company's accounting system
  3. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  4. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports
  5. Communicate with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues
  6. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints
  7. Maintain accurate records of all customer accounts and inte
