| Qualifications and Skills
• Accounting, General Ledger, & Subsidiary ledger experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Understanding ERP systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable with math and calculations.
• Prioritization, Time Management, Organizational skills, Communication.
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fully fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish desired but not required.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related degree preferred.

| Responsibilities of position
|

| The AP Specialist will review, code, and post received invoices of purchases and services in order to ensure accurate reporting to corporate.
Responsibilities
• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
• Reconcile and request supplier statements of account to keep accounts current.
• Coding of expense invoices.
• Additional accounting duties that may be assigned.
