Responsibilities of position
 
 
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager II to join our team on a short-term basis to provide maternity leave coverage from mid-April through the end of August. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 
  • Manage day-to-day account activity, including order processing, tracking, and follow-up 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services 
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner 
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth or improvement 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 
  • Support reporting and administrative functions as needed 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field 
  • Must have Aerospace/Aviation MRO experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems 
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
