Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to support our bottle manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the shift to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for someone who is observant, organized, and committed to maintaining high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of bottles a minimum of three times per shift
- Identify non-conforming products, remove them from the production line, and clearly label them
- Take corrective action as needed and complete all required quality documentation
- Conduct dimensional testing, including weight, height, width, wall thickness, overflow, and other measurements, and compare results against product specifications
- Inspect packaging to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Perform random box weight verifications at least three times per shift and document results
- Log inspection results accurately in SAP
- Inspect and verify incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
- Ensure proper and consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Prior quality control or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
