Job Description:
The Generalist is a cross-trained role responsible for multiple production tasks in the manufacturing of Industrial Ventilation Ducting (IVD) and related products. This position requires adaptability and teamwork to ensure high-quality product assembly, inspection, and shipment preparation. Individuals in this role will be trained across various functions, including heat sealing, sewing, cuff making, finishing, and packaging.
$18.25 hr for training
$19.25 hr when placed on 2nds
