Responsibilities of position




 Jobsquad Staffing is seeking a Onboarding Specialist for our office in Jackson, MI. The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Specialist is to create a positive experience for candidates and to assist the Recruiter.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Assist Recruiter with new employee application and onboarding efforts
  • Assist candidates with filling out paperwork and procures appropriate employment documents 
  • Manage in-house drug screen process 
  • Assist with mass employee communications
  • Facilitate employee feedback surveys and exit interviews
  • Answer the phones and screen calls for the recruiter
  • Computer and Communication Skills are a must 
  • Light housekeeping duties
