STEEL-TOE FOOTWEAR AND SAFETY VESTS ARE MANDATORY AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK HOURS.
Flexibility to work mandatory overtime is required due to the client’s high seasonal demands. This is a physically demanding position. You will be required to lift 50–60 lbs, push, carry, bend, twist, reach, stretch, stand, and walk for extended periods of time on a consistent basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) onto the production line for sanitation processing.
- Inspect RPCs for quality and remove waste, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and any non-Tosca containers from incoming inventory prior to sanitation.
- Monitor the processing of RPCs through the line and adjust input/output as needed to maximize throughput.
- Unload handheld RPCs from the end of the production line and inspect them to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
- Sort sanitized containers by size and type, ensuring all finished products are stacked neatly and correctly.
- Repair damaged RPCs as appropriate.
- Monitor and inspect supplies and materials used throughout the processing cycle.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of, and compliance with, all GMP standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sanitizing the production line as needed.
- Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required within the plant.
