Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or cycle counting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management or WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if required by facility).
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory variances and discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
- Assist in maintaining inventory organization and labeling within storage areas.
- Support receiving and shipping teams by verifying item counts and product conditions.
- Conduct audits of high-value or fast-moving inventory items as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve inventory control processes.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA and company standards.
