The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at a company located in the Wilmington, NC area!

Duties/Responsibilities: 
  1. Prior Customer Service experience is preferred- resumes will need to reflect prior Customer Service / Call Center / Medical front desk experience. 
  2. Familiar with answering phones and managing incoming calls, routing calls and taking messages in a busy setting. 
  3. Proper phone etiquette is required. 
  4. Experience with using Computer in a business setting. 
  5. Familiarity with Epic is a major plus 
  6. Video Interview will be required
  7. Will need to answer incoming calls to medical facility. 
  8. Will log messages into a que or route to proper areas 
  9. Will need to be both personable and professional on the phone 
  10. Data Entry required 
  11. Hours are 8am -4:30pm / Monday – Friday
