This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain activities.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks within the supply chain warehouse.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Communication Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication related to warehouse operations. Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding warehouse processes and procedures.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Enter data into relevant systems and databases accurately.
Generate reports on warehouse activities and performance as required.
Documentation Management:
Manage and organize various documents, including shipping invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant documentation standards and regulations.
Inventory Control:
Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor and track inventory levels. Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
