Responsibilities of position
Please post accordingly: Job Squad is looking for Wrapper Tech for the 2nd and 3rd Shift in Melrose Park, IL for our food manufacturing partner. This is a direct hire role with the company OUR ROLE: WRAPPER TECHNICIAN As a Wrapper Tech, you will play a key role in our production process. You'll be responsible for ensuring our wrapping machines are set up correctly, that packaging is accurate and compliant, and that our product presentation meets the highest standards. Responsibilities include: Set up and verify wrapping machines for each production run Confirm product codes are correct, legible, and placed accurately Complete regular packaging, code verification, seal checks, and lot tracking Communicate changes and updates throughout and at end of shifts Assist with rewraps and operator breaks Maintain detailed daily logs and reports Follow safety and food quality standards at all times Order and manage parts inventory as needed Perform other duties as assigned If you feel like you’re a great fit, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
