| Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or related regulated industries.
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, inventory control, and warehouse safety standards.
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, etc.).
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

| Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment of raw materials, components, packaging supplies, and finished nutraceutical products. This role ensures compliance with cGMP, FDA, SOPs, and safety requirements while leading and training warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, staging, material transfers, cycle counts, and outbound shipments.
- Ensure all products are handled according to cGMP, FDA, and company SOPs.
- Monitor order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and proper labeling of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Purchasing to ensure timely material availability.
- Oversee staging and issuing of raw materials for manufacturing according to batch records.
Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure correct use of ERP or WMS systems for all transactions.
- Verify and maintain proper documentation for receiving, COAs, lot numbers, and shipping records.
- Report discrepancies (damages, shortages, mislabels, non-conforming materials).
Leadership & Training
- Train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates in daily tasks and compliance.
- Assign workloads, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
- Enforce safety rules and GMP requirements inside the warehouse.
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and cGMP regulations.
- Enforce proper PPE usage, equipment safety, and forklift operation procedures.
- Support internal and external audits (FDA, NSF, GMP, client audits).
Shipping & Receiving
- Oversee receiving inspections and QA hold procedures for raw materials and components.
- Verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, manifests).
- Coordinate outbound freight carriers and logistics schedule.
