- We’re looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our growing fabrication team. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality steel platforms and structural components used in industrial elevators and custom projects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components for platforms, frames, and structural assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to ensure accuracy
- Set up, adjust, and operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and fit materials to meet job specifications
- Inspect welds for strength, quality, and visual precision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals

Responsibilities of position

| Requirements
- 1–3 years of recent MIG welding experience (industrial or structural steel preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with grinders, torches, and measuring tools
- Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience welding platforms, frames, or structural steel
- Welding certification (MIG or equivalent)
- Knowledge of other welding techniques (TIG, Stick, etc.)
