?$18.75; Continental Shift 7-7:30 Day/Night; 3-2-2 Rotation

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment 

• Forklift Experience required. 

Responsibilities of position 

What You'll Be Doing: 

As part of our team, your role will be dynamic, hands-on, and crucial to keeping operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Forklift Operation: Safely move materials and products throughout the facility—ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. 

• Machine Operation: Run and monitor essential recycling equipment like shredders, balers, and conveyors to keep things moving. 

• Load/Unload Machines: Manage the flow of materials by loading raw materials into machines and unloading processed recyclables. 

• Performance Monitoring: Inspect equipment regularly, make necessary adjustments, and report any issues to the maintenance team for quick resolution. 

• Material Sorting: Assist with sorting recyclables before and after processing to ensure high-quality output. 

• Safety First: Always adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE—your well-being is a top priority! 

• Routine Inspections: Perform basic checks and maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, to keep everything in top working order. 

• Material Handling: Transport and store recyclables correctly, helping to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations every shift. 

• Environmental Impact: Follow recycling procedures to maintain standards, reduce contamination, and help make a positive impact on the environment.
