Location: Bloomfield, CT
Schedule:  1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 2nd 4:00pm to 4:00am 
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Responsibilities of position




 
We are hiring reliable and motivated Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility located in Bloomfield, CT. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking steady work in a clean, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  1. Operate machines and assist in daily production tasks
  2. Perform light assembly, packaging, and quality inspections
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area
  4. Follow safety standards and company procedures
  5. Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
  6. Communicate with team leads and supervisors regarding progress or issues
 
Requirements:
 
  1. Prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
  2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  3. Basic understanding of safety and quality control procedures
  4. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude
  5. Must be authorized to work in the United States
