| We are hiring motivated individuals with home building or construction experience for openings in Bristol, Indiana. This is a great opportunity to move into a long-term role with a growing company.
· Previous experience in construction, home building, carpentry, or similar field
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for the full shift
· Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Reliable transportation and strong attendance
· Willingness to learn and take direction
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

| Responsibilities of position

| · Assist with residential home building and construction tasks
· Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
· Perform framing, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
· Read and follow basic instructions or blueprints as needed
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
· Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
· Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
