| · Construct and remodel homes according to company and client specifications.
· Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
· Measure, cut, and assemble materials using tape measures and other tools.
· Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
· Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
· Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
