JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials following written formulas and batch records.
- Operate mixers, kettles, pumps, and other compounding equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of compounding areas and equipment.
- Monitor batches for quality, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Follow all GMP, safety, and company procedures.
- Communicate any batch deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Assist batch makers.
- Material handling equipment operations including drum lifts, pallet jacks and forklifts and or Reach Truck a must
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in compounding, manufacturing, or related production environment preferred (but not required).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
