- Bilingual (English and Spanish) *Required*
- Prior experience in parts management, inventory control, or maintenance support in an industrial setting is preferred.
- Must be or willing to become proficient with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software.
- Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft programs, (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance parts and equipment is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as necessary (depending on parts handled).
The Industrial Maintenance Parts Clerk will primarily work in a warehouse or parts room setting. Some lifting and physical activity may be required.
Protective equipment (PPE) should be worn as per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Track and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed, ensuring no interruptions to maintenance operations.
- Order parts and supplies from vendors based on the maintenance department's needs and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for defective or incorrect items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including parts used and stock received.
- Document the movement of parts from the inventory to maintenance technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company guidelines related to parts management.
- Ensure technicians are aware of the availability and location of necessary parts for specific jobs.
- Work closely with the maintenance and purchasing teams to align part availability with operational needs.
