Requirements of position
 
 




 
  1. Bilingual (English and Spanish) *Required*
  2. Prior experience in parts management, inventory control, or maintenance support in an industrial setting is preferred.
  3. Must be or willing to become proficient with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software. 
  4. Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft programs, (Outlook, Excel and Word). 
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Knowledge of industrial maintenance parts and equipment is a plus.
  7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  8. Ability to lift and move heavy items as necessary (depending on parts handled).
 
The Industrial Maintenance Parts Clerk will primarily work in a warehouse or parts room setting. Some lifting and physical activity may be required. 
Protective equipment (PPE) should be worn as per safety guidelines.
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position

 



  1. Track and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
  2. Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed, ensuring no interruptions to maintenance operations.
  3. Order parts and supplies from vendors based on the maintenance department's needs and budget.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  5. Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for defective or incorrect items.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including parts used and stock received.
  7. Document the movement of parts from the inventory to maintenance technicians.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company guidelines related to parts management.
  9. Ensure technicians are aware of the availability and location of necessary parts for specific jobs.
  10. Work closely with the maintenance and purchasing teams to align part availability with operational needs.
