- Assist the floor lead with the daily operations on the warehouse floor.
- Work on the floor as needed
- Provide training and coaching to team members.
- Monitor performance and address any issues related to productivity or quality.
- Assist meetings as needed.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all.
- Positive attitude.
