About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Air Export Coordinator to manage air and ocean export shipments from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment, and a solid understanding of export documentation and regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring shipments move efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all assigned air and ocean export shipments from the U.S.

File AES and rates before cargo departure; send pre-alerts to customers and agents.

Maintain consistent communication with customers, carriers, and agents regarding shipment status, required documents, and timelines.

Process invoices and research discrepancies with vendors.

Ensure all export documents are accurate, compliant, and prepared on time.

Follow all federal, international, and industry regulations.

Prepare reports and support management as needed.

Collaborate with co-workers, warehouse staff, and management to resolve issues quickly.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-
Associate degree or equivalent experience.

2–5 years of export experience (air and ocean).

Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, and speak).

Strong knowledge of export documentation, regulations, and logistics processes.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Prior logistics experience preferred.

Experience with Magaya software is a plus.
