Requirements of position

- Strong electrical background and strong PLC experience
- Must be open to working the weekend and staying over as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial electrical role
- 2+ years of PLC experience
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment for performance and product quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PC skills, including Excel and Word

Job Responsibilities:

- As an Electrician, you’ll be essential to keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently, helping us deliver the delicious baked goods that families across the country love
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, conveyors, PLCs, and control systems
- Support PLC systems: backup and restore Allen-Bradley and Schneider programs
- Troubleshoot Ethernet networks and device IPs
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Provide electrical expertise on capital projects and equipment upgrades
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments for diagnostics and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on power systems and air compressors
- Uphold and promote safety in all tasks and environments
- Work in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with help
- Work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying temperatures
- Use PPE including safety glasses, bump caps, and hearing protection
- Regular use of hand tools and computers for data entry
- High school diploma or equivalent
