| 1st , 2nd and 3rd Shift – Food/Mfg Maintenance Tech Location: Wyomissing, PA Pay Rate: $30 to $38 depending on experience • 1st Shift: 7am to 3pm – 40hour M/F • 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm – 40 hours M/F • 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am - 40 hours M/F ***Relocation available |

- Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to repair and maintain sitewide equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues reported by operators; perform both repairs and preventative maintenance on production and non-production equipment.
- Complete daily, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities with a focus on food safety and reducing equipment failures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to update PM procedures, prioritize maintenance jobs, and contribute ideas to improve plant operations.
- Safely operate standard maintenance tools and work with trades/components such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, and more.
- Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals to troubleshoot, modify, and install equipment.
- Accurately document completed work and findings in maintenance software.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement through regular interaction with peers and management.
- Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
- Experience with a CMMS system is a plus.
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Education or hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effective repairs.
- Ability to read and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
